Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ For health, beauty, and personal care products, we cannot accept returns if the seal is broken due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at support@supplynest.ca before sending the item back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
